This watchlist is the list of companies we analyse. We do not try to cover the whole market. We focus only on sectors with a long record of positive returns, and inside them we look for businesses with:

A durable edge that protects the business from competitors.
Good margins
The ability to turn sales into real profit.
High return on capital
Management that puts the money it invests to good use.
Quality alone is not enough. For each company we estimate a fair value and compare it with the market price. That gap is the margin of safety, and it shapes the signal in the table.
