Products and purchases
- The Excel stock analyzer is sold as-is, for personal use. [Confirm refund policy — e.g. “no refunds once downloaded” is standard for digital products, but must be clearly stated before purchase under EU consumer law, which normally grants a 14-day cooling-off period for digital goods unless the buyer explicitly waives it by confirming immediate access — this needs proper legal wording, don’t skip it.]

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
