Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 10, 2026Welcome to MoneyJourney. By accessing or using our website (moneyjourney.finance), creating an account, buying a membership, downloading our templates, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who We Are
MoneyJourney (“we”, “us”) runs the website moneyjourney.finance. You can contact us at contact@moneyjourney.finance or through our Contact page.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a membership.
- You agree to give accurate information and to keep your login details secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- An account is for one person. Sharing your login with others, or letting others use your membership, is not allowed.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
3. Memberships
We offer three levels of access to the website:
- Without an account: public articles and the public parts of our watchlist.
- Free membership: a free account that includes our newsletter and the articles marked for members.
- Paid membership: full access to our analyses, the premium watchlist data and the other members-only content we offer, such as the portfolio page.
What each level includes may change as we develop the website. We will not remove content you have already paid for during your current billing period without a fair alternative.
4. Prices, Payment and Renewal
- The price, billing period (monthly or yearly) and currency are shown before you pay. Prices include VAT where it applies.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (every month or every year, depending on your plan) until you cancel. We charge the payment method you used at checkout.
- If a payment fails, we may try again and may suspend paid access until the payment is made.
- If we change a price, we will tell you by email before the change affects your next payment, so you can cancel first.
5. Cancellation, Refunds and Withdrawal
You can cancel your paid membership at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our 7-day money-back guarantee, how refunds work, and the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in Europe and the UK have by law. It forms part of these Terms. Your rights under mandatory consumer law are not affected.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including articles, research reports, videos, watchlist data, portfolio information, design elements, and the MoneyJourney Excel Valuation Template, is the exclusive property of MoneyJourney and is protected by copyright laws.
- You may read members-only content and use our downloadable templates for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell, or repackage our content, templates, data or research for commercial purposes without explicit written permission. This includes copying members-only content to other websites, groups, channels or messaging apps.
- You may quote short extracts with a clear link back to the original page.
7. Acceptable Use
By using this site, you agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the website’s servers or networks, or that tries to get around our access controls. Automated data scraping, data mining, or unauthorized extraction of our financial research and watchlist data is strictly prohibited.
8. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, or it is part of your free membership, we will send you emails with our analysis and updates. Every email has an “Unsubscribe” link. Details on how we handle your data are in our Privacy Policy.
9. Educational Content, Not Financial Advice
Everything on this website is for education and information only. Nothing on it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or an offer or a request to buy or sell any security. Please read our Legal & Investment Disclaimer before using our research, watchlist, signals or portfolio information.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and all materials provided are available on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding the uptime, accuracy, completeness, timeliness or uninterrupted availability of the site or its data.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, MoneyJourney is not responsible for any losses, including investment losses, that result from using or relying on our content. Any investment decision is your own responsibility. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close your account, without refund of the current period where the law allows, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, for example by sharing your account or copying members-only content. We will explain the reason where we can.
13. External Links
Our website and newsletters may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., YouTube). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
14. Modifications to the Service and to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or our newsletter services. If we change these Terms in a way that matters to you, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for paying members, tell you by email. If you do not accept the changes, you can cancel your membership.
15. Governing Law and Complaints
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@moneyjourney.finance so we can try to solve it.
